Now that we have equipped you with the theory and built the foundation of a deeper understanding of why things work and how let us get to the real action. The actual action in your life.
I have distilled this action plan for you (and myself) from years of trial and error and personal experience on my own journey to confidence. It is backed by scientific research and the positive results others have achieved following it.
I know how hard and unfair life can seem when your confidence is low. I also know how much more is possible with healthy confidence. I want that for you.
I want doors opening up for you.
I want you to be able to make a good and convincing impression of yourself and your work.
I want you to be able to connect more easily with people.
I want your journey towards achieving your goals to be more fun and rewarding.
I want you to be able to see and seize the opportunities that come your way.
I want you to feel good about yourself.
I firmly believe that this building plan will help you get there - as long as you follow it diligently and consistently take action in your life. It really is not as much work as it sounds. I am positive that you will achieve greater, lasting confidence. Have faith in yourself - because I do - and allow me to help you make this easier.
Now is the time to start taking responsibility for your current state and living like someone with high confidence through actions, thoughts, and words. The state of your confidence may not be your fault - the odds have been stacked against you - but it is your responsibility to improve it.
